Gwen’s
message empowers individuals to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
In her early twenties she was diagnosed with toxic shock syndrome twice
and nearly died. Since then, she has studied and implemented into
her lifestyle holistic healthcare and diet changes that restored her
health and vitality. Through Southern Transitions, she empowers
you to make similar positive life changes by: educating you about how
your body works, inspiring you with stories of individuals whose lives
have changed for the better to inspire you, providing you with access to
products and tools to implement healthy lifestyle changes; and giving
you the individual support to sustain those positive changes for life!
