Why Southern Transitions?
In our nation today live the sickliest generation of Americans in history.  Why?  The main culprit is the Standard American Diet  (SAD).  During the early 1900’s our national diet changed from a basically vegetable based diet to a meat-based diet and today we are experiencing the sad results.  65% of the United States is obese or overweight, have Type II Diabetes, and heart disease and stroke are at epidemic proportions.  Because of these alarming statistics, it is necessary to start grassroots organizations that can educate the public regarding a preventative based lifestyle

What is the Fee Range for Nutritional Coaching?

The initial consultation is free.  Monthly Consultation Package - $350.   This package includes individual phone consultations with Gwen.  A client may also get individual phone consultations at $50.00 for first 45 minutes; $15.00 for every 15 minute interval afterwards. All services are by appointment only.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

24-hour notice or full payment is charged.

What does a typical monthly session include?

Internet and phone assess to Gwen.  Each month you will receive four 30-minute phone sessions and two weekly emails with Gwen to support you on your health journey.

How long is a typical session?

30 minutes.

How should someone prepare for a session?

No special preparation is needed in the beginning and material will be provided via the internet for follow-up sessions.
