About
Gwendolyn Richie Jenkins

Gwendolyn Richie Jenkins is the founder and CEO of Southern
Transitions. She has worked as a television broadcaster, News-Public
Affairs Director for an NPR radio station, Account Executive for a
Fortune 500 company, headed her own interior design business in a
foreign country and now heads a growing natural health services
business.
Gwen
believes people have to start taking personal responsibility for their
health. She grew up in rural Northeast Texas where her grandmother was
the family’s herbalist and main health care provider. Members of her
family lived well into their 90’s and several made it to 100 years of
age. She says “Over the past century, we've seen enormous advances in
medical technology. We have more doctors, more pharmaceutical medicines,
and more hospitals than ever before. But these advances have not
improved the health of the average American.
The
ingredients to health, happiness, vitality, and longevity are not a
secret. "Eat a whole foods diet that includes lots of fresh fruits and
vegetables, drink more pure water, exercise daily, lose weight if you
need to, don't smoke, avoid toxins, and reduce stress.”
Nothing short of a consumer based, grass roots return to healthy choices
and lifestyles can steer our children and future generations in a
healthier direction. If you're ready to improve your health and increase
your wealth then join Southern Transitions as we provide you with the
tools, resources and inspiration to begin your journey into a healthier,
happier lifestyle. |
